Privacy and cookies

What this website collects, what we do with an enquiry you send us, and how to ask us to delete it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Braymere Ltd. For any question about this notice, or about information we hold, please use the details on our contact page.

What this site collects

This is a static website. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, it does not use third-party trackers, and it does not build a profile of you. No content is loaded from external services as you browse, so no third party is told that you visited.

The only information we receive through this site is what you type into the enquiry form and send to us.

Enquiries you send us

If you complete the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, telephone number and message you provide, together with any details of the property and the project you choose to give us. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if the project proceeds, to carry out the work.

We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the project. Where a project requires it, we may share relevant details with the professionals working on it — for example a structural engineer, a party wall surveyor or your local authority.

The lawful basis for handling your enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once a project begins, the performance of our contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for contractual, insurance and statutory purposes.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no third-party cookies. Because there is nothing to consent to, you will not be shown a cookie banner. Your browser may store small items such as a partly completed enquiry form; that stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to ask us to delete it, and to object to our use of it. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will respond within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
